Terms of use

Updated

By using Humanize AI, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

The course

The course is free and provided for educational purposes. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but AI tools, detectors and policies change often. Check important facts, and the rules that apply to you, before you rely on them.

The AI detector

  • AI detector results are automated estimates of writing style. They are not proof of who or what wrote a text, and they must not be used as the only basis for any decision about a person.
  • Other AI detectors work differently and may give very different results. We don't promise that any text will pass or fail any particular detector.
  • Please don't use automated scripts to send text to the AI detector, try to extract how it works, or overload it. We may limit or block access that does.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for how you use AI tools and what you submit or publish. That includes following the rules of your school, employer, clients and publishers. Nothing on this site is permission to break a policy that applies to you. Module 7 explains how to find those rules.

Our content

The lessons, examples, prompts, design and code on this site belong to Humanize AI. You're welcome to use the prompts for your own writing and to quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please don't copy whole lessons or republish the course.

Some pages link to other websites, and the site may show ads. We aren't responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of other sites or advertisers.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Humanize AI isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site, the course or the tools.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you have questions, email hello@humanize-ai.com.
